Order Processing

Please allow 0–2 business days for order processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Handling Time: 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 2–6 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Orders are shipped using USPS or a similar reliable carrier.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, your tracking number will be sent automatically.

You may also log in to your Wozolo account to view tracking details once they become available.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Wozolo will assist you where possible, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Wozolo is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The product cost will be refunded
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A new order must be placed with the correct address

Change of Shipping Address

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request an address change by contacting us at support@wozolo.com.

Please note that once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
