Return and Refund Policy

By using Wozolo’s return and refund services, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for customers in the United States.

30-Day Return Policy

Bazaarind provides a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original tags and packaging. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components not caused by wozolo will not qualify for a return. Requests made after the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@wozolo.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return form along with instructions on how to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail. Bazaarind does not accept in-person returns at any physical location.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide a solution.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to personal reasons such as a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. A return form will be emailed to you upon request.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Wozolo will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be received in their original condition and original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Restocking Fees

Wozolo does not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

Wozolo covers return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or in the wrong size. To request an exchange, please contact support@wozolo.com.

For faster service, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
